- Items returned within 45 days of their original purchase date in same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund or store credit
- Returning item must also be in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a copy of receipt or proof of purchase (invoice)
- Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@royalchoiceluxury.com
- Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase
- Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable
