WHAT ARE SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS?
- Standard shipping within 15 to 30 business days
- ePacket shipping within 15 to 25 business days
- Express shipping and FREE shipping options also available
- Shipping costs depends of shipping method: Standard & ePacket shipping is $14.99, Express shipping is $19.99

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?
RoyalChoice Luxury store accepts the following payment methods:
- Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express. The total will be charged to your card when the order is shipped.
- RoyalChoice Luxury store features an Express Checkout options (ShopPay, GPay, PayPal), allowing you to securely save your credit card details so that you do not have to re-enter them for future purchases.
- PayPal: Shop easily online without having to enter your credit card details on the website. Your account will be charged once the order is completed. To register for a PayPal account, visit the website paypal.com.
WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY?
- Items returned within 45 days of their original purchase date in same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund or store credit
- Returning item must also be in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a copy of receipt or proof of purchase (invoice)
- Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@royalchoiceluxury.com
- Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase
- Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable
